Refund policy

At Aditya Jewellery, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality jewellery and excellent service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery only if:

• The product received is damaged.
• The wrong product has been delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

The product must be:

• Unused and unworn.
• In its original packaging.
• Returned with the invoice and all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Customized or personalized jewellery
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance products
• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

• Damaged items
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect products delivered

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
